With that said, unused and unopened masks/packaging may be returned within 30 days of the order being placed, for a full refund, as per Amazon's guidelines. As we are unable to reuse/resell used masks at this time, we do not accept returns on masks that have been used or for items that have been opened. In cases where the mask has already been used, we work with the customer to better understand their needs and if possible assist with troubleshooting to ensure satisfaction. If for any reason the problem is not resolvable and if the order is placed within the 30 day return period, we will offer a partial refund which includes a standard restocking fee. Please note, that this is a whole new type of air mask with a different type of fit that sits above your chin and below your lip, and the silicone will mold to your face within a couple of weeks of constant use.
